Please leave a message if we're away from our desk. Shipping Information: We ship via USPS Priority Mail only within the Continental United State, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship International Orders at this time. Whenever possible, we will utilize the Flat Rate Priority Mail Boxes. Please do not request this service as not all orders will fit into the boxes available to us. All orders will always have insurance included - No Exceptions. Plur Naturals is now Self-Insuring our USPS shipments at the same rate offered by USPS. All items that are in stock will ship within 1-2 business days (excluding Weekends and Holidays). We understand that you want your items immediately and we do everything to ensure that orders are processed and ready for shipment as soon as possible. We encourage our customers to contact us if they need an item expedited ($5.00 Rush Fee per order applies), or if they would like an estimated date of when a specific item(s) can be shipped. Please allow extra time for all orders around the Holiday Season. Items in stock will be shipped by US Priority Mail. Order Cancellation: We are now invoking an Order Cancellation/Change Policy as follows. Any order that is Cancelled/Changed within two (2) hours of Order Date/Time will be free of any Payment Processing Cancellation Fee and/or Cancellation/Restocking Fee. Any order Cancelled/Changed after the two (2) hours timeframe will be assessed a Payment Processing Cancellation Fee of 5% of the total of your order. Additionally, if your order has entered the Packing/Shipping Phase, you will be assessed a Cancellation/Restocking Fee of $10 or 20% (as well as the Payment Processing Cancellation Fee), whichever is greater. Please make sure of what you are ordering as it very time-consuming to track/unpack an order after entering the Packing/Shipping Phase. Damage Claim: If a package is obviously damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately. If an order is damaged only internally, please notify us within two (2) days of receipt of order to place a claim. All boxes, packaging materials, and product must remain intact and undisturbed in order to process a claim. There is a very high possibility that the shipping carrier will need to inspect the damaged order. Return Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with a purchase from PlurNaturals.com, simply return your unused merchandise - in its original packaging - to us within 4 business days and we will happily exchange your merchandise or offer you a store credit only. We do not issue monetary refunds. All sales on custom orders are final. We reserve the right to determine if a product has been used. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before you return your merchandise. When returning your merchandise, we suggest you use a method that will provide you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged return orders. In the event of a lost and/or damaged return order, no exchange or store credit will be issued. Disclaimer: Although allergic reactions to our pure and natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend you test our products first by using them on a small patch of skin for 24 hours.
